Position Available

Region 4 RJOCC administrative assistant

Region 4 is looking for someone willing to assist with the duties of the Regional Junior Olympic Chairperson. The position will be appointed by the Regional Administrative Committee and will serve wholly at their discretion. The term of this position is for 2 years beginning August 1, 2011 and ending August 1st 2013. The individual may apply at the end of their term for an additional two year term. This position will report directly to the RJOCC.

Primary duties will include:

Training Camp Coordinator
Apparel Coordinator
Assist the RJOCC, RACC and RTCC with overflow duties
Individual may be asked to attend regional board meetings to answer questions or provide specific input the regional board may request.

We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, is capable of seeing the big picture, and of course is fun! Fees will be due at the door.

State Congress Schedule
9:00 am – 9:30 am Check In
9:30 am – 4:00 pm Clinic Sessions
4:00 pm Nebraska State Meeting

Sessions include:

JO Update
Injury prevention through strength, alignment and drills.
UB Boot Camp – Highlights from the UB clinic by Neil Resnick & Tom Forster
Vaulting and Drills
Nutrition
All sessions will be interactive with the audience.

The Nebraska State Congress will be held on Sunday, August 28th
in Lincoln at Capital City Gymnastics.

Cost is $25 per person.

The event will be sanctioned, CPE credit available for judges.
More detailed information coming soon.
The Nebraska State Meeting will be held at the end of the Congress.
